About Me

I have over twenty years of experience working in the education sector; as a teacher, an examiner and moderator for A-Level and GCSE exams and also as an exams officer.  For the last eight years, I trained to become a fully qualified level 7 specialist teacher completing diagnostic dyslexia assessments for learners under the age of 18, working as a self-employed educational specialist and completing Form 8 for access arrangements for schools and private individuals.

Based in the north of  Stoke-on-Trent, I am willing to travel up to 50 miles to assess children in schools or in their homes, covering Staffordshire, Cheshire, West Derbyshire, Greater Manchester and Shropshire. It’s important to assess children as they progress through primary and secondary education, as they may need assistance in exams, or in the classroom.
